Dear Research Groups, Scientists,
The first opportunity to report your work will be the First GLORF Meeting that will take place in Antalya during 13-17 November 2013, where almost world’s leading otology societies supports. This will be a very highly scientific environment for your research to be presented. And hence, we are working very hard to meet the scientific work of yours with the leading industries of the world to receive support and awards.
The Research Working Groups created within the Scientific Organization Team will be very pleased to keep in contact with the research people to allow the best conditions for reporting as well as promoting the studies for awards and financial support for further projections.

Please be also informed that the GLORF Sessions will be in parallel to 29. Politzer Society Meeting, and will give the opportunity to be involved with the clinical discussions.

The Glorf authors should submit an abstract of maximum 600 words on or before the September 15, 2013.
For studies use a structured approach with bolded subheadings (including the purpose, material, methods, results)
All abstracts must be submitted online via "Abstract Module" system. Please note that abstracts sent by mail, fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

Please carefully read the instructions before submitting your abstract through the online submission modüle "Abstract Module".
This is an automated system that will allow you to enter the information online for the authors, affiliations, abstract text (if required with special characters etc.) and keywords in a series of different windows.
Once you sign up, you can also continue working on abstract until you finally decide to submit before the deadline.
You can follow the whole submission and evaluation procedure either within the system or by e-mail notification.
If you are submitting more than one abstract you can use the same login and password for each abstract via online submission module.
Notification of Abstract Acceptance:
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Glorf Scientific Committee, and its decision will have been announced to authors by September 22, 2013. Notification of acceptance will be sent to Presenter’s e-mail address. The Glorf Scientific Committee's decisions will be based upon evaluation of its scientific standard.
The scientific committee will convert each accepted abstract into the most appropriate form of presentation. After selection, all presenting authors will be provided with full information regarding PowerPoint preparation, poster size, style and layout, as required.
Posters should be displayed at the allocated place, date and time.
Posters should be approximately 70 cm in width and 100 cm in height.
Posters must be legible from a distance of about 1 m.
Please indicate the title, name(s) of author(s), institutional address (es) of all authors.
The title should be written in capital letters 2.5 cm high.
The presenters should be present by their posters at the scheduled time.
All presenters must be registered to attend the 29th Politzer Society Meeting.
